I spoke with mayor and he said that the permits were under an expediting process, this project is too big to fail, the city wants the attention and money, ......, the city cannot turn this project down, since the city is expediting this process it will be done in months, nothing can stop this, the mayor is happy to make sure this goes through, and nobody in the city can trump the mayor
