"It's a massive list of the cusips to be paid? Looks like 1.???% of face? I am confused by it. Literally 21 pages of cusips"

On the first page of EXHIBIT 'A'

Go to the last column. It states " Unrounded Cash /$1,000 of
DTC Original Principal/Unit 13.154818.

Most are very close to that number.

TO ME, it looks like $1,000 face gets $13 dollars and a few cents.

Or, .013 or 1.3% of face. imo.
