I am not convinced it is because of poor trading. If they can get away with 1-2 tick trades that is good trading. We are all in this to make money after all, we can be upset that are able to do it time and time again for the reasons we all know but we believe is being taken care of. I question how the large blocks keep coming up on ask, that is what stinks in my opinion. I am coming to the conclusion it has something to do with prior management. I keep scouring the past filings but it is so polluted with previous notes.
