STOY is an SEC Reporting company - PERIOD!

by failing to file the 10Q - the are considered a Pink SEC REPORTING company that is delinquent



When STOY filed its S-1 last year, they were an OTCQB company. Now they're OTC pink. That's why I asked, since I don't think OTC pink is required to file with the SEC.
