Is that the case? If it is then great, not worried at all, in fact just the opposite. I admit I haven't put much time in here so set me straight if I'm wrong. I was under the impression that the split would happen beforehand, as a condition to be met in order for the transaction to be completed, and thats based a lot on the way it was presented to us in that original PR, sort of as an aside. I've never made out or have heard of anyone making out on an RS when it's slipped into a PR at the end of a paragraph. Havent read a PR since, just waited for the chart to turn.

In fact I thought they were supposed to give guidance on how this will transpire? I haven't looked so I may be totally talking out of my ass about this. And yes it can and hopefully will happen the way you/me/everyone wants and just smooth over into shares of new ticker. If it's not in black and white i def out for RS, if I like what I see after I'll buy, prob long position because I think they are going places.
