Spoke with the IR guy...

he said they're going through a transition, couldn't talk about anything that wasn't currently in the public domain, but should be updates in a couple of weeks.

i will add that the IR guy isn't very good - just look at their website, a shockin' lack of information and the info that is there is too out of date to be useful.

but, at least we know, something is coming - he sounded mildly positive vs his perogative to run screaming for the hills (ie, they're obviously still paying their account).
