I'm not saying GERS is a scam. But if you leave out the possibility that GERS common shareholder might profit from the litigation, or that GERS might be starting to make money once the litigation is over on their patents, the only thing GERS has done so far is diluting to make the common share holders pay for the benefit of their owners. It might not be illegal, but it sure sounds like a scam to me.
Now there is a chance that GERS can finally do something in return for the common shareholders, so you could give the the benefit of the doubt...but that is something different then saying that it is proven that they ain't a scam.
