I just posted a little more info on the company and its plans for restructure and intentions of joining new ventures. I don't however have any knowledge on the lawsuit, my apologies.. I do hear whispers of early summer announcement of teaming and direction of the company. I guess time will tell however as I stated before with all the chatter and military upgrading into the laser market no brainier to toss a few bucks in a position here.. My opinion (Best of Luck)
