My biggest concern is why aren't we at .10 or .15 if that is what the company is offering shares to employees. Also, it seems like that bargain price wouldn't last long if we went to dollars because what company offers stock at such a discount? My understanding from the PR is that it is only 10 million shares and the employees have to take advantage of it by July...is that correct?
