Since they announced the RS the stock has not moved up. Mainly because they have no revenue to speak of. So, after the stock split the price will become .10, do you think for any reason it will move up there? I would say no and it will likely go down from there. Then they are going to need to issue new share to raise capital which will make the stock fall further south. IMO.

I think the cause for this mess is Management dragging their feet and never had a plan on how to generate any revenue. They will most likely have no choice but to move on to a new start-up, very soon.
