It appears that not only have the 5 Stooges agreed to surrender 30-40 million to settle this, but even more, $55 million. Of course, no one was "cheated" out of anything here.

But in any case, how could the results of the arbitration be viewed as anything other than a failure by the 5 Stooges, given that you were dismissive of even settling for 30-40 million?
