I'm all for giving Mahoney a chance, too. He's just the mouthpiece, though, doing what he's told. He's not the guy completing or filing the 10K. Well-established patterns do not make me confident that we'll see the report today. Sure hope I'm wrong.

You're absolutely correct about the importance of the 10K and other SEC filings. Only a moron, or someone with a dishonest agenda, would suggest financial reports are irrelevant. The fact that the company is not anxious to share the information should make it clear how very relevant that information is right now.
