No expert here, only asking a question. I read the 10q/a for this year and one of the sticky notes. The 10q/a said a/s count is 3 billion shares, otc markets has the o/s count at 2.4 billion. One of this boards stickies even says to be ready for a 10 billion o/s count. I'm not saying its a bad play just being mindful of the obvious dilution thats going to take place.
