Delivery of what?

"The Company anticipates completing the additional silk necessary for producing the woven shootpacks for the US army in the third quarter."

This tells me that Warwick isn't even going to get the silk until 3rd qtr, not to mention the time it will take them to weave and then deliver to the army.

The army will then test it for who knows how long.
