When financials get current and PR of Gov contract is announced... I agree.. easily multiple pennies. That is realistic... .10+ is actually realistic.. Patience is key.. They are working to get current. They worked OT this past weekend and also worked on Easter. Patience.. It could be any moment, but it could be a few more days. But it IS coming. They have stated multiple times.
