If they arrange it similar to past recent deals we will have very motivated sellers above the .05 area with some fresh shares. I guess it does not matter if they can't close a deal and start the revenue stream. Let us not forget this all has been proven in white papers. I like the way Angela said all the money was free. Looks like they are paying some intrest. They were smart enough to put some non toxic min. In place.
