Does anyone have updated SS info?

The OTC site is a bit outdated. Looking at the latest 10K (2016) vs. the OTC (2015) info there appears to be dilution going on.

2015 OTC info = OS 175M
2016 10K info = OS 300M+

There is a lot of toxic debt in the last 10K, this could be setting up for a RS play..
