Permits have not been filed yet. 8K says they're asking "Trinity " to help file.
Unclear if they really have any land to qualify for filing.
Looks like another dangling carrot to investors while more shares get dumped.

Permits were filed from my understanding.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
