So let's say USRM requests the entire 5M tomorrow in exchange for the 63M shares... don't you think they will get it? I THINK SO!!!

Of course they are not asking for it tomorrow. This investment money is to be prepared for subsequent developments, etc. But, what it means to me is that THEY WILL HAVE UP TO $5,000,000.00 available when they need it!
