But despite their best efforts, the pump--scheduled for July of last year--failed to materialize. I doubt the perps made anything on it. Usually when they reap obscene profits, the amounts are pointed out in the complaint; this one says nothing about that.
Lisak isn't named, so it would seem the authorities feel he did nothing wrong. Or perhaps he was the Confidential Witness, though I'm inclined to think not. The CW seemed to know the other players pretty well, as if they'd worked together before.
And the SEC didn't suspend BICB. If they haven't done that by tomorrow morning, or Tuesday at the latest, my guess would be the company's off the hook.
