I bid low floaters and wait for them to wakeup. Check my history. That is what i'm doing here fwiw like I have been doing for years.

No low volume manipulation lol I never have or needed to do shady maneuvers. But I have been scooping everything on the bid :)

And by the time people wait for a plan and wait for it to hatch it will have already ran 500% fwiw but thanks for the info
