A company's stock can be "listed" on NASDAQ or the NYSE, NOT OTC. "Unlisted" securities

The confusion of the other posters, revolves around the "Pink" designation applied by the OTC site. I wonder if the OTC uses the "Pink" status to give motivation to the scams to pay them their annual fee?

None the less it's still a registered stock now over 1 yr delinquent. Not a Pinky, except in manner, and action. Eventually the SEC will get around to invoking Section 13(a), suspend the trading of the stock. Then the word "delist" becomes descriptive enough.

I shur hope that next mythological gold shipment to S. Korea doesn't get sunk by a N. Korean sub!
