MJ companies operate under a very different set of financial realities, to which I understand. Yeah, these companies regularly do this kind of stuff as they can't get traditional lending. But the real reason, IMO, he needs the money is because of all the acquisitions Haas made. I'm not questioning the wisdom of those acquisitions, but he had to pay for them. And, just as you said, he needs to pay for the materials to build things like the place in Ohio. You have to spend money in order to get sales, no question. But this is a LOT of dilution right now, and for a company that gained only a little in revenue YTY. The long-term future is bright for GRNH, but I sold all of my shares when I saw that filing with the state of Nevada. My guess is that the company will go back down to the 3s or 4s PROVIDED no more deals are announced prior to Q1 financials being released. This is also based on how the entire sector is sluggish; nobody knows what Trump is going to do, and there is growing concern over global affairs. And sector aside, many feel we're due for a correction -- I'm one of them, and I think that will be a big drag on the sector, and GRNH. Once that drop happens, I'm taking my profits and re-investing in GRNH for the long term.
