Yeah I would not expect a 10k filing anytime soon....

Unfortunately they regularly miss deadlines and they even at times have PR'd something would be released on a certain date than missed that date by months... This in part has lead to drastic PPS declines in the past...

The lack of communication from the CEO at times can be unbearable...

I expect a pump PR of some sort prior to any 10k filing(which mind you can only be ugly)... If not I will surely lose my butt on my shares(now around 70k long)

I certainly have a very deep risk factor for this investment and am comfortable with that... To me I consider this money already lost(I have a few Biotechs I treat the same way ... These investments amount to under 5% of my portfolio and are basically like playing roulette where I have a 1/37 chance of winning big money and a 36/37 chance of losing it all...
