Parece que han aumentado las acciones emitidas , supongo que para una adquisición. Del 10Q:
Capital commitment. The Company’s subsidiary operating in Hong Kong is committed to purchasing a printing factory, Tung Sing Printing Factory, in China. The purchase contract is at the price of $641,026 and is expected to be completed on September 30, 2006. A deposit of $358,974 was paid as of June 30, 2006 and the balance of $282,052 is due on completion (September 30, 2006).
