The company is not required to file audited statements, therefore, their filings at OTCMarkets are lacking in clarity. And because of that, it's not possible to say for sure that the distribution of expenses and liabilities, etc are appropriate in order to state definitively that Pestmaster as a stand alone business is profitable. But assuming it is, and the other businesses are a drag on the company and will continue to be in the future, overall profitability may not be possible for some time to come. Even if those other businesses were jettisoned, Pestmaster alone would not be worth in excess of $1M.

As to a buyback of shares, you have to note that the O/S has increased significantly over the last year and a half. The fact that the company has been steadily increasing the O/S to raise the capital necessary to do business together with the liabilities, are why I feel a buy back to DECREASE the O/S is not going to happen.

Also, the 1/A filing should be read for a better perspective of the fundamentals if one wants to look at EVSV as a true investment and not just a play on the hype to trade the ticker. It's as close to a prospectus as you can get from an OTC issue and gives a far clearer picture of the company's financial condition, etc, than the unaudited filings at OTCM do.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
