Don't think so. Imho it was more than that. Somebody has a TON of 1s and 2s and dumped a bunch of them.

Certainly can't say if it was that person but it was more than just flippers. Unless it was a CONCERTED EFFORT and done all at once for some reason.

But, you are probably correct in that those sold shares went into "stronger hands."
