Cut the surveillance state. The EPA. Any government entity devoted to "climate change", transgender bathrooms, or equality of outcomes. Department of Education. Gone. Power back to the States. Department of Energy. Gone. Department of Commerce. Gone. Get government out of the way and American companies can out produce anyone. That's a good start.
