The question stands at what did QMKR pay for.



They paid for $14,000,000 debt and $1,400,000 for Leasehold Improvements (asset) which has been amortized from $6,000,000 from last year (according to the S10). They also bought what ever intellectual property T-CEN had by trading Site 2 (worth $1mil+)for something from T-CEN.

Look up Leashold Improvements for Ontario, the land title owns the improvements. So if they amortized that much in one year by next year Jim Saban will have it all.

Everything I state is the whole truth and nothing but the truth to me, so help you god if you follow my advice.
