Having no desire means nothing absolute. Imo the A/S is maxed (only God knows what that truely is) so if they want the pps to go up substantially a share reduction will have to occur unless this deal brings in earnings in the billions immediately. Other than a share buyback an R:S is only option to get the os to a manageable level or it will be doomed to sub penny This may run on emotion and speculation but they are going to have to address the share issue even if they don't desire it
