This board wasn't easy to find on iHub, only through a Google search was I able to get here.

Big sell off from the high, CEO getting paid in stock, convertible debt outstanding, no news in 6 months, filings are late, OTC stop sign, no real idea of O/S 18,078,337 last reported MCap est $1,437,228.

So basically all the criteria you want to avoid all in one place!
