You can read the filings and take the CDs and terms, compare them to the share price and extrapolate a fully diluted share count. Sadly like scam companies many times do this one hides the actual share count by telling the TA not to release it. The last outstanding number is really old, that is why you snipped it out of your cut and paste. This stock is likely nearing the 10billion now.
