Quote NO LOL, "Law suit was against eye clinic, not US Stem Cell "

100% FALSE STATEMENT.

USRM, both the public traded corp and their private little LLC "clinic" created by Comella, of which USRM states they own 33% of, were BOTH named as defendants in the lawsuit(s) PLURAL.

USRM's insurance paid out to settle the claims, meaning the case was with merit, and the insurance obviously didn't want to risk a jury trial and probably break the bank, so they settled.

And given the seriousness of what happened, this may be far from over, IMO. Also, USRM just cancelled their COPD "trials" (scrubbing the info from clinicaltrials.gov to INACTIVE, NEVER ENROLLED, despite PR bull crap hype going back years, that they WERE supposed "enrolling" and conducting COPD legit clinical trials. SHAZAM, add that one to the pile, eh, LOL !) the COPD "clinical trial" thus, that NEVER HAPPENED despite years of bull crap PR hype about that crap too.

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02041000

WITHDRAWN PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT. Well WTH? NOT what them ole PR's used to say, eh? Said they were rocking n rolling and "enrolling" and blah, blah, blah bull sh@t again. OTC penny-ville, hello !

Hell, as of right now, the link to the old "Market Wired" PR about that COPD trial isn't even working, maybe USRM pulled it in the last 24 hours or so? It was working a day or two ago?

http://www.stemcellsgroup.com/global-stem-cells-group-inc-and-bioheart-inc-launch-clinical-trial-for-copd-stem-cell-therapies/

That's another version of the same bull crap laden PR. REMEMBER THAT GOLDEN OLDIE, LOL!! Bioheart was "partnering" with the ole "GLOBAL STEM CELLS GROUP" and did PR's up the butt and Youtube vidoes and blah, blah, blah amounted to NOTHING. GONE. POOF. NO MORE. "PARTNERSHIP" never really was. Lasted probably about as long as it took the ink to dry on the PR hype. I have the Youtube videos, many of which have been scrubbed down, and they are CLASSICS, I mean freaking golden oldie CLASSICS. Gawd they're funny as hell. Got one with Mike, Kristen and this dude from Global Stem Cell Group on it, and it's the best, the freaking best. AND, there's one with this odd-ball "doctor" dude who sits at a Johnny Carson like desk behind the mic, and he's interviewing the two dudes from the Global Stem Cell Group, and gawd, you'd think it was a Saturday Night Live skit it's so freaking damn funny. I got that one too. Yep, captured foooooever. Good stuff to have "on file". PROOF.

There's already a lawsuit in Florida against another clinic for COPD stem cell snake oil nonsense. USMR could be in the on-deck circle for that one too IMO. Their little "clinic" claims to be able to "treat" just about every serious malady known to mankind, via using freaking fat derived stem cells, a "claim" proven false in REAMS of credible medical literature. Meaning, they're hawking CASH ONLY supposed "treatments" for conditions for which they have ZERO proven scientific efficacy, ZERO proven data from robust clinical trials, etc. JUST INJECT AWAY FOR CASH. This was greatly explained in the NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE scathing article about what takes place at U.S. Stem Cell, LLC w/ an additional editorial personally penned by the Dean of Harvard Medical School, probably thee most respected med school on planet earth- and he was scathing in his commentary on what is taking place at U.S. Stem Cell, LLC, the 33% owned "clinic" of USRM, the public traded company.

JUST FILED SEC 10-K, PAGE 29:

"Item 3. Legal Proceedings

On September 17, 2015, a product liability lawsuit was filed in Broward County, specifically Patsy Bade v. Bioheart, Inc. US Stem Cell Clinics LLC, Aleiandro Perez, ARNP, and Shareen Greenbaum, M.D., and on November 30, 2015, a product liability lawsuit was filed in Broward County, specifically Elizabeth Noble v. Bioheart, Inc. US Stem Cell Clinics LLC, Aleiandro Perez, ARNP, and Shareen Greenbaum, M.D. During the year ended December 31, 2016, both matters settled by the Company’s insurance policy with no additional cost to the Company.
"

BOTH named as defendants and they PAID OUT, as they knew the plaintiff's had valid claims.

READ THIS COURT DOCUMENT, it's like a bad damn soap opera and sickening and sad at the same time- talk about UNETHICAL (the Dean of Harvard used the same wording) - blinding 3 ladies through pure deception, FOR CASH, is pretty pathetic if you ask me, as low as it gets:

https://www.ipscell.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Amended-Complaint-Bade-Suit.pdf

THAT is some seriously bad sh@t and total lack of ethics if you ask me, as described in great detail by the Plaintiff's very experienced attorney as to who these people are and how far they appear to be willing to go to GET CASH IMO.
