There is nothing phony about the debacle. We are left to speculate what occurred, but the fact is there was an issue that greatly impacted revenue in a negative way. Proof is in the related 10q along with the documents filed signing over rights to Al. Would have to look back for which q, but it was under 12k and may have impacted prior and some following Qs. This is material imo, yet there was ZERO transparency from Paul, who was the director, and I believe acting ceo, if memory serves.

I believe I'm accurate in saying that, prior to Al's departure, vitacig had changed branding of their product to vitastik and stopped selling vitacig. We had to find out from another poster that this occurred and were left wondering. In addition, Heed posted all the links to the overseas VITASTIK partners, and yet we heard virtually nothing from vitacig. Then we find out virtually nothing is being collected by vitacig for sales of these overseas VITASTIKs. Followed by vitacig changing the branding for the US product back to vitacig. I mean wtf?
