WRONG, Bruce Berkiwitz representing the shareholders is personnally funding the cost of these legal expenses. I am not sure if Bill Ackman is still in the game as Plaintiff representing the shareholders in other GSE lawsuits. Even if you/I dont pay the bills someone on our behalf is paying $$ millons for legal fees ITS NOT FREE. NOTHING LIKE THIS IS FREE.
Its very, very expensive to drag it out this long is pure criminal on the part of the judges.
Sweeney is a remnant of the failed Obama administration. I truly dont believe she gives a damn about the shareholders she is merely, corruptly appealing to her special interest group she reports to. Any shareholder who thinks she is working for the shareholders is in denial and fooling themselves. When/if she eventually rule she will stick it up the ass of the shareholders and screw them by claiming the government did nothing wrong just like the other miserable judges did. The judge I would expect a fair and just ruling if he presides over our cases is judge Gorsuch recently appointed to the supreme court. If I was Bekowitz i would drop the case with sweeney and take the law suits to the supreme court to ask Gorsuch ti rule over them.
