3. Bravatek Negotiated a Cross-Licensing Deal With BiObex who is a government vendor the same as CISCO and more than likely was using Bravatek's Ecrypt One in their piece of the Cryptographic Module Validation Program FIPS 140-2 Implementation

Your simplistic argument doesn't stand up to scrutiny. And, your comment basically shows either a lack of understanding how people at the level of CISCO and Bravatek's CEOs operate or the inability to independently research.
