1. Both CISCO and Bravatek are members of NCOIC.
2. As Chief Commercialization Officer, Thomas A. Cellucci most likely dealt with CISCO's leadership directly as CISCO is a major supplier for Government technologies.
3. Bravatek Negotiated a Cross-Licensing Deal With BiObex who is a government vendor the same as CISCO and more than likely was using Bravatek's Ecrypt One in their piece of the Cryptographic Module Validation Program FIPS 140-2 Implementation
1.1 SAFE-Key device BiObex, LLC 12/08/2016
1.2 Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances Cryptographic Module
Cisco Systems, Inc. 09/13/2016
So, by this alone, CISCO would see what Bravatek provides and have access to a company that has dealt with them.
Your simplistic argument doesn't stand up to scrutiny. And, your comment basically shows either a lack of understanding how people at the level of CISCO and Bravatek's CEOs operate or the inability to independently research.
