All that is in the filings as of now who knows what next filing might say. Regardless they still own a 485 acre farm with 8 greenhouses and EWSD is still the subsidiary that uses the farm.

That is all in the filings just go to otcmarket.com type ngbl in get quote then go to filings and disclosures. Anyone that hasn't kept up has a lot of reading to do. I would start around may or june 2016 that should have most the good stuff in it.
