KEEMAJO - In regards to permits and process:

I've posted a couple of DD posts last week and e-mailed both KPE and the fabrication company they may hire to build transportation to deliver the oil to Mexico and possibly South America.

BOTH confirmed that is the plan.

However, IF the refinery is being planned to be built early 2018, how much time would they have to obtain all of these permits from EPA, city, county and/or state?

I would think KPE would be part of that and not sure of the exact step by step process in order to bring this to fruition and not sure anyone on this board really does either?

We know Jack is an oil man clearly. I have yet to see any proof he actually owns the land however which is a bit concerning. I like the fact KPE is involved as if they weren't, I wouldn't have invested.

It specifically says the shares issued here will be used to start the process moving forward, so I'm not sure why people would not think the company would NOT sell shares to get funds as that is exactly what the intention is and it was not hidden.

Now, that being said, fluff PR's to get stock price up may or may not be a good thing. Obviously if that is used to raise the price and then keep selling and the money is actually going to be used for the advancement of the project, than so be it, as if funding via valuation and an investor is sealed, this will go to the moon.

I just don't know how long it takes to actually apply and get the permits approved because if that doesn't happen, dead in the water. Period. I'm trying to e-mail the Texas EPA region #6 area to see if any permits have been applied for, however I would think that would be issued in a PR and would spike up the price, however if it's applied for, doesn't mean it will be approved?

Very hard to watch the price sink this low and this valuation must be delayed for a reason and hopefully a good one?
