If the merger is with AHIT, that's the scam. A merger where the same person controls both sides of the deal is a land mine. MO not only gets to determine the offer price for our shares, he gets to decide if we accept that offer. All of us. And don't think he won't take a hit on his own shares, cause in the end, he owns them all. that's all he wants. I gotta run. Think about that and see if you can find the scam in that. It's clear that a lot of people have never heard of a merger where the shareholders of one company got screwed.
