Agreed! I encounter this type on most boards. I do not waste time with responses (although I have reacted - ugh) and when I see others feed the manifested arrogance, I stay away from them too. Often these forums are like reading therapy sessions (I've been an addictions counselor and hybrid organization director for years and there is a comparison - it's so true sigh) for the less experienced in life - whatever that means to the participants here.

EFLN may be less than the 'embellishing OTC entertainers' but their books and filings have been built upon for years with acquired land/buildings/business/minerals or fuels/fruits/cafes/banquet halls/endless in property gains (where the $ is) - who really knows about the present day maintenance i.e. lawn & garden (jk), long or short term purchases i.e. flips, and owner financed sales of these properties.

All I do know is the EFLN valuation via disclosures is way higher than the present day price. oh ya, BTW EFLN is listed on BATS as they have referred to looking into - not sure if that had been disclosed here. When people are busy taking care of their business it's unrealistic to get a PR as to every step for the 'needy' investors. Although, I do like weekly shout outs myself (needy? lol).

Looking at my own properties and my own responsibility of constructively maintaining, paying bills, and taxes on time is what matters there to me over embellishments and critiquing the world at large.

Follow through matters more than opinion. It's what ya do that matters more than what you say you're gonna do. oh ya, sorry DaddyRick - I used your post to respond strongly to because I'm right here with you on the true fundamentals of EFLN wink thanks for being one of the clear ones that know the value here big smile
