No fnf cash no obamacare (seems to become clearer). this needs to be the case, and it needs to become a point of contention the Trump admin exploits for their own political leverage. However, Trump admin extending status quo (by not repealing obamacare) would be sub optimal for nws cessation. Considering his 180 degree turns on certain campaign claims...hope falls fully back to the courts.
