holycow: ot. Yes, I also read the minutes from the meeting. They do confirm the 12-18 month timeline before we start to see a recovery. I am not convinced that we will see much of an actual lowering...but (and I cannot remember the language that they normally use?), but a softening or a neutral to negative stance.

In California, we are already seeing a 30-40% drop in certain areas of construction.

I believe your strategy is spot on.
