Market makers do not hold penny stocks down. They just match trades mostly. What has been holding this down in a big way is either Goldfarb dumping or CD holders dumping. If the second then the A/S must be nearly maxed out which means reverse split pronto. Too bad scams like this one hide their share count by gagging the TA and now not even filing anymore.
