The "prize" is not just Poolworks. Poolworks by itself is not what the big deal is here. It's what they DO with Poolworks, it's the out-building of Poolworks and WHAT they can offer the subscribers, in order to keep them AND in order to get new subscribers. Back in the day, Meinzvz and Studivz were really huge. It went on a downward spiral and thus was able to be acquired for a very reasonable price. Many subscribers left those networks for various reasons.

Now, their goal is to make the offerings on Poolworks more desirable and up-to-date and competitive. One of the "real" prizes, in my opinion, is the OTT streaming portal they are going to build. This portal will give them the ability to stream various tv/films to their subscribers on an PPV and SPPV basis. (like Netflix). This is why they hired David Micek. Remember--that is what they hired him to do, to manage the streaming content division.

Social media network subscribers want access to more and more entertainment--tv/film/games/sports/products--whatever they can get their hands on. So it's critical that Momentous get that portal built and also keep acquiring more companies that fit into the mould of this symbiotic entity they are building.

One other thing I need to mention is that another reason the portal is so important is that this portal they will use to send the VERY same games/tv shows/movies/ecommerce products through TO OTHER social media networks they acquire (if they keep acquiring them as stated in their last shareholder update).

So, when we hear about another social media network acquisition like Poolworks, these social media networks will be the "hubs" for what Momentous will have to offer.

Think of the social media networks they acquire as train stations. Each social media network will be a different train station, and the games/tv shows/movies/ecommerce products (like Nuerofuse) are the trains that enter ALL the train stations simultaneously.

This is what's important. To keep the trains coming. To keep new trains coming into the train stations. Otherwise, you have an empty train station not making anyone any money. This is their plan an it's a good one in my opinion, but I've seen the big picture for a long time as many others here have.

The pot vodka is never talked about is of little significance, if any at all, in my opinion.

The real deals are the continued acquisitions of social media networks, ecommerce products, and games, as well as the building of the OTT portal for streaming tv/film/sports content (like Netflix) on a PPV and SPPV basis. BIG revenue can be generated with that portal.

So all in all, I see them still on track with their goals. I couldn't deduce from the 10k when the two reality shows will go into production fully. It seems they still have things to work out, but that doesn't mean they won't happen. I think they will do everything in their power to get those shows finished.
