Mesihairwin, I apologize. I asked because you have impressive knowledge on compensation matters and some of your arguments sounded similar to a consultant report ADXS commissioned in 2014 in an effort to provide justification for their comp proposal back then. I Agree, no need to bring this issue up repeatedly anymore. This recent proxy vote just got me thinking about the issue again. On a serious note do have an opinion on the proxy vote passage of the comp amendment that narrowly passed with around 8 million no votes? I thought this was interesting because the degree of no votes would indicate not everyone is in agreement with your view that all the comp policies are appropriate. The part of it that is questionable IMO is that new execs have often been granted RSU grants of up to 100k shares valued up to $1 million on day 1 before they contributed anything to the company. I think it's reasonable to question whether that is in line with shareholder interests especially considering the stock performance (options clearly incentivize value creation because they only have value as the stock appreciates, but RSUS are entirely different.)
