I guess none of the hardcore longs can read a 10k filing . Even the facebookers aren't talking about it . Yes it was filed today . No hemp no insurance nothing in China nothing in the Ukraine . All property gone in the Tesla deal . Millions in debt . 10 million shares not 6.9 million as promised in the spin off . Nothing of value in the Tesla deal . They made a loan of $425,000. To some unknown person . Where that money came from is anybody guess since they did no business the whole year.
And in bills own words the company has zero value . Buy hey we get a brand new shiny stock in a company that hasn't filed with the sec. since 2006 and who's stock lost 50% of its value today .
