Hey guys.

I have had a hell of a day today. Absolutely no time to follow XKEM. Just read a few posts, and I have 2 things to add about the possible AS increase.

First, this confirms that an RS will not be taking place during the next few years.

Second, when revenues hit $1.2M per month, Pandey is entitled to a significant number of shares. When this happens, which they expect will be this year, they will need an AS increase to avoid an RS.

I will vote yes for the AS increase. It is a good thing for us.
