I have been watching this board for years because I currently own 44,500 shares of both FMNA and FMCC commons. My wife was employed at Freddie Mac from 2006 to 2012, therefore we acquired a lot of common shares in our 401K and our children's college fund. After 2008 we watched our retirement account tank like many other people, however I knew how important the GSEs were to our economy and I trusted that our government would do the right thing. Based on the definition of a conservator, knowing how important the GSEs are and trusting our government, I purchased many more shares in what I thought was a shrewd investment decision

I reached out to Gretchen Morgensen with the NY Times to express my gratitude for her honest reporting and told her my story. She showed interest in the possibility of writing an article about how current and previous employees were robbed of their savings.

Time to take action is now. The more media attention, the better.
