Spoke to Burg. He said they have no intention of dilluting this year or anytime soon.

The A/S proposed increase is an insurance policy so to speak. (") are basically what he said to best of my memory.

1) "God forbid we didn't get the loans but I think they're VERY close".
2) "Stock options to entice high level employees to come on board".
3) "An insurance policy so to speak".

I think they may actually be protecting from a buy out but I'm not an expert on such things.
